EXPERIENCE

Born and raised in Western New York, Mike is a native of Hamburg, New York and has a strong sense of community involvement. Establishing a group of professionals to serve New York State.

Mike dedicates his practice to focusing on Real Estate, including all aspects of residential and commercial real estate transactions, Estates Administration and Probate Proceedings, Estate and Medicaid planning, Elder Law and Guardianships, Business Formations and Landlord/Tenant matters.

Mike also represents criminal defendants, including DWI/DUI and traffic violations, in all New York State courts, including all Justice and Supreme Courts in Western New York. Mike is currently a member of the Assigned Counsel Program through the Erie County Bar Association Aid to Indigent Prisoners Society, Inc.
